POSITION: Personnel Specialist
LOCATION: Washington, D.C.
CLEARANCE: Multiple Positions (Uncleared, Secret, Top Secret)

Overview:

G2 Global Solutions, LLC. is seeking an experienced Personnel Specialist to support a program with our government customer. The position will be based in Washington, DC.

Principle Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Provide data analytics support for the Division of Human Capital; Responsible for data mining of critical Human Capital information across the Division's three branches;Provide input to recurring reports as well as ad hoc requests from ASPR Intermediate Office (IO) related to the status of hiring of all vacant positions;Critical to Human Capital - provide accurate and timely data requests;Required to collaborate on a daily basis with the Human Capital Leadership Team as well as the ASPR Web Team and Health and Human Services (HHS) Department Enterprise Human Capital Management (EHCM) Team;Collaborate with Federal business partners and stakeholders to collect and consolidate large quantities of data. Perform data analysis, identify patterns, and summarize and communicate findings through the use of visualization tools;Identify gaps in data reporting and provide recommendations for more efficient reporting;Collaborate with Federal business partners to define and implement data reporting tools, reports, and metrics;Collaborate with Federal team leads to create a new system for capturing and reporting on data ensuring accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance of data;Identify trends, research causes and prepare data-driven recommendations for remediation of issues;Collaborate with Federal team leads to develop data reporting policies and establish parameters to ensure quality and accuracy of data. Make sound recommendations for improvements to ensure long-term success of data collection and reporting;Perform ad hoc data gathering and reporting upon request;Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential;Complete projects assigned by leaders on or ahead of schedule;Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.Supports Federal Staff with interview of applicants.Recommends employment to federal staff.Plans advertising.Plans manpower requirements.Provides employment information to applicants.Assists with internal transfers.Coordinates and develops draft plans for federal review and implementation on politics and programs encompassing employment and staffing function.Prepares staffing budges, projections, and employment policies, procedures, and practices for federal staff.

Required Skills:
3-5 years of experience in the field, or equivalent preparation.Technical experience in personnel management.

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
