Overview:
G2 Global Solutions, LLC. is seeking an experienced Financial Program Manager to support a program with our government customer. The position will be based in Washington, DC.

Principle Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
ASPR/ Office of Financial Planning and Analysis (OFPA) Budget Formulation Team:Policy analyst to develop annual and multiyear budgets for medical countermeasure procurement. In coordination with strategic National Stockpile (SNS) colleagues, develop annual budget of ASPR/SNS including medical countermeasure procurement against Chemical, biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) threats and emerging infectious diseases (e.g., Ebola, Zika, Pandemic Influenza). This includes drafting and editing budget narrative, assembling spend plan, coordinating clearance of supplementary documents, questions, and talking points.Assist with the development of the Public Health Emergency Medical Countermeasure Enterprise's (PHEMCE) Multiyear Budget. This activity includes:Spreadsheet and creation and analysis.Collaborating with ASPR, Center for Disease Control (CDC), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and ASFR, colleagues to draft and edit report narrative, create large spreadsheet(s), subsequent analysis, and resolve data conflicts or inconsistencies with other material such as annual budgets. Track and analyze congressional Appropriations Committees' actions assessing funding and programmatic impacts to SNS and ASPR. Required Skills:
• 0-2 years' experience in writing and editing
• Experience with 508 compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with an emphasis on the use of Pivot Tables.

Required Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
