POSITION: Human Resources Expert Consultant
LOCATION: Washington, D.C.
CLEARANCE: Multiple Positions (Uncleared, Secret, Top Secret)

Overview:

G2 Global Solutions, LLC. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Expert Consultant to support a program with our government customer. The position will be based in Washington, DC.

Principle Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives to Federal leadership that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance cultureServes as the strategic advisor and business partner to the leadership and management teamsDevelops for Federal staff to implement policies and programs covering several or all the following: recruitment, salary and benefits administration, training/development, employee/labor relations, benefits, and EEO/affirmative action programsMonitors that programs, practices, and policies comply with applicable laws and regulations and reports to Federal leadership on statusAssists Federal staff in completion or review SF-52s in accordance with the Guide to Processing Personnel actions and other requirements using the Human Resources system Provide detailed workforce analysis on existing staffing functions across the organizationIdentify and propose recruitment strategies to attract a high quality, diverse pool of candidatesIdentify and recommend special recruiting authorities or programs (e.g. Pathways, veteran's authorities) that may facilitate hiring of highly qualified candidates Analyze, assess, design, and implement plans for workforce organization improvementProvide consult on employee development programs including communication, leadership, and management Expert consulting services on management practice improvement and performance management Required Skills:
4-6+ years Health Services experienceRequired Education:
Bachelors DegreeDesired Education:
