Overview:

G2 Global Solutions, LLC. is seeking an experienced HR Program Manager to support a program with our government customer. The position will be based in Washington, DC.

Principle Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Supports engagement on economics and policy matters with ASPR, HHS interagency partners and other Federal agencies as neededAssist Federal staff to develop policy and options papers regarding health economics and preparedness and public health preparednessDevelop frameworks for decision analysisProvide support documents and option papers on key issues to Federal staffAdminister and supervise the furnished services for qualified/professional staffing support personnel Managing a large team of professionals in providing a wide range of services and managing assigned projects within scope and budget with little or no corporate guidance Responsible for all aspects of program performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial, etc.) Organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks, establishes, and maintains technical and management reports, oversees quality control, develops and modifies project plans, and documents and resolves problems Provides leadership to the task order team, ensures conformance to performance requirements, and assists in the overall direction to all project level activities and personnel Responsible for daily supervision of each individual employed by the contractor on their respective task order(s)Required Skills:
10+ years work experience addressing public health policy issues, using economic theory and Cost Benefit AnalysisRequired Education:
Bachelors or equivalent job experience in health economics, economics knowledge of public health and emergency medical Counter Measures preparednessDesired Education:
