ARServices has an opening for an Operations Coordinator to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Directorate. The Operations Coordinator will provide end-to-end task and correspondence collaboration.
Work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects.Prepare, document, and present analyses, risk assessments, process improvement opportunities, and studies in oral and written form.Schedule briefings and meetings and maintain program files.Collect, compile, and analyze data for various program documents.Facilitate correspondence between the CTR Directorate and other offices within the Agency.Serve as a primary coordinator for all CT-PI taskings to include those from external agencies, internal offices, and leadership.Review, disseminate, and track incoming taskers from a wide range of external partners and stakeholders.Initiate and fully coordinate actions in the electronic tasking system, tracking actions through completion.Rank tasks in order of importance and impending deadlines and handle several tasks simultaneously.Analyze tasker content and assign actions to the appropriate person or team.Track taskers until complete, ensuring tasker deadlines are met.Prepare periodic tasker status reports and develop metrics for presentation to leadership.Respond to emails requesting the status of a task promptly at the request of the Government and provide assistance on the proper procedures when responding to Directorate and Front Office staff packages.Review all responses for content, spelling, grammar and format.Ensure timely completion of actions and collaborate with other Department Coordinators to resolve task(s) related issues or to negotiate task due dates (extensions).Keep abreast of new policies, procedures, directives, policy letters, and developments that directly impact the SI department and distribute this information promptly to all pertinent team members.The individual must develop a working knowledge of DTRA policies and guidelines.Requirements
Active Secret Security ClearanceBachelor's degree5+ years of experience in a professional environment.Experience organizing information.Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Knowledge of business correspondence, including drafting letters and communications.Ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to be detail-oriented and proofread for grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy.
