The Regional Liability Administrator assists the adjusting staff and make confident decisions involving the handling of claims. In our ever-changing claims environment this position requires an understanding of the application of policy contract and how it relates to the liability and damages aspects of claims/span?/p?p?/p?p?span?The GEICO Regional Liability Administrator will review and assist adjusters at various levels in the decision-making process of claims involving coverage issues, liability disputes and assessments of damages to ensure proper strategy is followed leading to confident decisions. Claims will vary from simple to complex and often involve strategic discussions. /span?/p?p?/p?p?span?A newly hired associate will go through a training program for complex claim handling expectations, contracts, determining legal liability of a claim, and settlement negotiation.
