B3 Group Inc. is looking for multiple Senior Salesforce Developers to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This position provides strategic, technical, and program management direction to guide the cloud transformation activities.
A B3 Technical Sr. Analyst will apply expert systems analysis and design techniques to complex enterprise systems. They will have broad knowledge of data sources/flow, interactions of complex systems, and capabilities/limitations of systems software and computer equipment. The B3 Technical Sr. Analyst will be able to establish frameworks for new computer systems from feasibility studies to post implementation evaluation, recognize probable conflicts and integrate diverse data sources. They will provide innovative solutions for a variety of complex problems, and prepare overall project recommendations.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain Salesforce customization's such as custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules. Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements. Translate business requirements into creative and effective technical designs. Build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive important business decisions by developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, and AJAX. In order to be successful in this position, we expect you to have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Must have at least 8-10+ years of experience in software development. Prefer at least 5+ years experience in Salesforce administration and development. Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas. Experience in developing custom APEX and Visualforce components. Experience in migrating data and customization across Salesforce environments. Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 certification. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2 certification. Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of software development processes and best practices. Must be able to use a computer. Must be able to communicate both verbally and in written form. Must be able to obtain a government security clearance. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting. Desired / Preferred Experience:
Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant. Salesforce Administrator Credential. Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant. Salesforce DX experience is preferred Experience supporting Federal clients. Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs.
