Overview

ERPi is currently seeking a full-time Scheduler/Registrar to provide remote support at our Washington, DC site.The Role:The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is committed to providing seamless care for Veterans, including access to a complete electronic health record (EHR) and shared, transparent care pathways with the Department of Defense (DoD) and community providers. In order to ensure seamless care for Veterans, VA will move toward a single common system by adopting the electronic health record (EHR) system that is being deployed by DoD, which at its core consists of Cerner Millennium. Currently the VA is undertaking an enterprise-wide Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) effort through the procurement of the Cerner commercial electronic health record software and related support services. This modernization of VA's health information management systems will result in a common, single, lifetime health record that both DoD and VA can access, with anticipated improvements in patient care and safety.

This role will support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a Scheduler/Registrar. Develop, maintain, and manage training schedules for sites as part of deployment, sustainment, and change management activities. Coordinate with Cerner for instructor resources, analyze schedule and provide recommendations to deconflict competing training events. Work with VA site Leadership, Service Line Chiefs, and Supervisors to develop training schedules for all staff. Provide recommendation to deconflict constraints. Maintain a training change log that tracks both schedule and resources. Work with local VA Training Management System (TMS) Administrators to register training participants into classes. Monitor training events to verify and validate training metrics. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends. Export, analyze, and summarize data for regular and ad hoc reports from systems and databases. May also be trained as TMS administrator.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years of professional experience and a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline, or 13 years of experience without a Bachelor's• Experience in the coordination, scheduling and identification of all long-term, mid-term, and near-term deployment activities. • Must have experience in identifying scheduling and coordination issues. • Must have experience coordinating with developers, testers, site staff, installation staff and others to ensure that schedules and expectations are completed in a timely manner.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and/or training systems such as SuccessFactors data and reporting Experience Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Administrator to perform various reporting and data processing tasks Experience in the VA
