Overview

ERPi's mission is to deliver professional services as a trusted agent and expert enterprise program management services for Federal clients. ERPi is currently seeking a full-time SharePoint Developer to provide onsite support at our Bethesda, MD site (Currently remote due to COVID-19).

The selected candidate will support on-going SharePoint maintenance and improvements, as well as development, including development support related to business processes and operations. Tasks include but are not limited to:

Task 1: Intranet Maintenance
Maintain the SharePoint intranet to update content, structure, and function per government direction, and consistent with the dashboard set up, structure, architecture. Customization of processes and design, as requested Final QA/QC. Troubleshooting issues as they arise. Implementing a change request process for intranet edits based on the division's implementation and functionality of existing SharePoint site(s).
Task 2: SharePoint 2016 Training
Training staff how to make content changes (both using the WYSIWYG editor and html, and other SharePoint features). Organizing solution-specific SharePoint training oriented toward the user community and their security permissions. Developing and administering pre- and post-training evaluations to gauge training effectiveness. Serve as a SharePoint "help desk" for Division questions related to SharePoint
Task 3: Intranet Development
Matching SharePoint capabilities/functions to business processes with goal of automation Making recommendations for the intranet including enhancing automated business processes, and implementing approved ideas. Clearly communicating with government staff in phases, from project conception and design to implementation. Making recommendations for the intranet regarding features and processes that improve user experience, design, function, and efficiency, as well as recommendations for back-end organization, function, reporting/analytics, and on-going maintenance.
TASK 4: Documentation
User guides, training materials, and all site documentation required under generally accepted IT development standards. Develop documentation for use in teaching and educating staff on the use of the dynamically routed processes. Document steps in various processes, in a variety of ways, to assist end users. This would be accomplished by developing user guides, instructions, flow charts, etc., as needed. This would include existing and future processes that are dynamically routed throughout the division's Dashboard.

Required Skills and Experience
Relevant working experience in SharePoint development and administration and Microsoft Development Environment Angular (MUST have)
MS SharePoint Administrator (MUST have)
Know out of the box features for creating webpages, forms, workflows and more are a must. Developers need to be able to work with Business Connectivity Services, Master Pages, Apps, Page Layouts, User Store, Web Parts, Windows Workflow Foundation, SharePoint Ribbon, etc.
Must have experience with SharePoint Object Model (OM), Visio, Visual Studio, Workflow and customer workflow development, .Net, CSS, C#, HTML5
Understand end user experience
Document process and train users
Experience in Business Process Evaluation, Review and Implementation Fluent in English (required) Strong Communication Skills as will work with multiple stakeholders Strong Time-Management and Project Planning capability to manage multiple tasks Experience in training other users as well as preparing training materials Experience developing and/or evaluating system process documentation Windows Server certification a plus Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert - SharePoint certification a plus Microsoft Windows Administration a plus SharePoint certification a plus
