Job Title: Product Test Engineer (Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance - DOD)

Overview

ERPi is proud to support the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC)'s Support Services program. This program is enabling JAIC to lead the management and implementation of AI across DoD.

In support of this effort, ERPi is searching for an experienced Product Test Engineer. Some tasks may include:
Conducts research, technical analysis, and solution alternatives for JAIC systems and platforms with a focus on the system's life-cycle Develop approaches that resolve technical or supportability deficiencies affecting the platform functionality Develop, determine deficiencies indicators, define characteristics of platform deficiencies, and determine impact on the affected product Create and implement procedures for platform testing, reviews, and evaluation of test results. Recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards Produces reports on each test activity and tracks test metrics. Monitors for continual test process improvement through failure analysis, throughput analysis, yield analysis, and report to management periodically

Required Skills and Experience: DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance Required (Interim ok) Bachelors degree (engineering preferred) 5-10 years of relevant work experience Ability to work with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) components Background and working knowledge in AI/ML theory and concepts Ability to work in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams Ability to support multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Skills and Experience: DOD Top Secret Clearance preferred Experience working with DOD and other federal clients
