The Rehancement Group (TRG) is seeking multiple Inventory Clerks to join our Preingest team in supporting a Federal client in Winchester, VA. Currently hiring for 2nd shift 4:30PM – 1:00AM, only.
Active Secret Clearance required.
Perform a QA review and validation effort of the client files inventory labels against the physical files, upon receipt of the client records at the facility in Winchester, Virginia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Verify pallet box inventory for accuracy and highlight for corrections.
Verify the files contained in each box against the box’s contents list
QA/validate the seven core fields of each file
Transfer the QA’d/validated box of files from the QA Work Area to the “Validated” Pallet Build Work Area
Identify and report when a possible metadata error detected at the initial QA/Ingest Work Area
Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience is required. Will consider High School Diploma with 5 years of experience.
Active Secret Clearance.
1-3 years of experience performing support related services.
Experience in an office environment is preferred.
Competent in general clerical principals, practices, and techniques; organizing and maintaining files and records database/recordkeeping systems; preparing routine, non-complex documents; and taking technical direction from a diverse group of employees.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Capable of safely bending, lifting, and carrying items that weigh up to 50 pounds.
Capable of performing quality assurance work that is measured in final product and/or production. Keen eye for detail and inaccuracies needed.
