Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
• Authorized on behalf of the company to interface with the Government Contracting Officer or designated COR.
• The contractor’s program manager shall be responsible for resources, work standards, schedules, reviewing progress reports, supervising personnel, communicating policies, goals, accomplishments and overall contract performance.
• The program manager shall meet monthly with the Government program management to review quality of services being provided.
• As a minimum they shall possess at least twelve years of management experience in information technology systems and program and business integration projects.
• They shall be responsible for managing and controlling the overall scope, budget, and schedule.
• Responsible for the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
The candidate must have:
Minimum 10+ years’ experience implementing IT Services projects in a program management office with corresponding program management roles/responsibilities and leading teams of subject matter experts providing:
• Strategic IT Planning and Technology Management Support
• Cybersecurity Support
• Knowledge Management Environment Development and Administration
• End User IT Support
Must have a general knowledge of the Army’s data and services architectures, and/or applications.
Education and Certifications:
• MA/MS degree w/ 10+, or BA/BS w/ 12+ years of experience required. Degree in a STEM discipline a plus
• PMI-PMP certification required
• Possess certifications meeting DOD 8570.01 IAM and IAT Level I a plus
• DAWIA Level I in Project Management and/or IT Systems Acquisition a plus?
