Responsibilities
Performs business cases/requirements analysis, utilizing case development. Be self-motivating with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have experience supporting CMS Must have experience supporing Medicare claims appeals programs Responsible for facilitation, storyboarding, functional specification development, and use case diagraming. Communicate and define clearly the requirements to other analysts, development team. Demonstrate the product functionality to all stakeholders. Leads the requirements sessions to capture the correct and clear requirements. Works within agile frameworks.
Qualifications
10+ years' related experience Possesses experience performing business cases/requirements analysis Experience with case development. Has a preferred five (5) years of experience in Medicare claims appeals programs. Has a preferred ten (10) years of experience in requirement facilitation, storyboarding, functional specification development, and use case diagramming. Experience working in an agile environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree Ability to hold a Public Trust clearance
