Responsibilities
Web Content Management System (WCMS) - Project Manager
The project manager is a senior manager responsible for coordinating the management of all work performed.
The project manager shall act as the central point of contact.
The project manager shall be capable of negotiating and making binding decisions for the company.
Support the CSB team with changes in the development and/or project management tools Support WCMS and TWE project management activities along with advice on Drupal, REACT and JavaScript project management tools, e.g., backlog management, project communication, management, wiki/knowledge management. Support IRS with tasks related to changes in development and/or project management tools Development of standard operating procedures and documentation Support IRS with defining standard procedures where the business and developers interact Monitor project performance, maintain project schedule, and report on project status: Weekly Status Reports, Metrics, Perform quality reviews, Manage risks and issues, Support Privacy, Impact Assessment, Security Assessments. Provide updates to project schedules as directed by the IRS Project Manager or Program Manager (as needed) Presentations as directed by the IRS Project Manager or Program Manager (as needed)
Change Management:
Support the IRS in Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and review impact assessments Support IRS resources with managing Drupal, REACT and JavaScript change requests Advice on procedure, methods, and documentation for deployment processes Support IRS with configuration management of version control systems for code management
Qualifications
6+ years' experience as a Project Manager Experienced coordinating the effort of subcontractors, team members, and coordinating with other contractors under the direction of the Government Program/Project Manager Experienced leading an Agile DevOps team. Preferred to have experience with Drupal, REACT and JavaScript Experienced with project management tools, e.g., backlog management, project communication, management, wiki/knowledge management Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
Bachelor's degree
Must be eligible for MBI Clearance
