As a Fab 4 YE SEM Technician at Micron, you will focus on the operation and minor maintenance of SEMs and Dual Beams (FIB/SEM), sample preparation for SEM /Dual Beam that includes safe operation of acid hood, and the operation of Dual Beams, STEM, Sputter Coaters, Ion Millers, UV cleaners, March/Oxford Etchers, SELA (micro-cleaving tool), Nikon Optiphot and Zeiss Microtronics optical microscopes.
In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide SEM/Dual Beam support for FAB 4 and FAB 4 YE Communicate with Micron team members and supplier representatives at all levels
Qualified candidates for this position will have:
Good understanding of FAB process steps Ability to prioritize and work independently Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) Ability to analyze problems and provide resolution Experience in semiconductor physical failure analysis preferred but not required PC skills to include M.S. Office Available to work any shift and work overtime as needed
Education:
A.A.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology or related field Candidates that meet Micron ManufacturingTechnician Guidelines (MT) will also be considered.
