Specific Duties Include:

The Director of Talent Acquisition will provide operational and strategic recruiting and sourcing services for NetCentrics Corporation. The candidate will be responsible for defining talent acquisition strategy, developing efficient and productive recruiting processes, managing candidate pipeline, and creating metrics and reporting to make sure the recruiting function is running efficiently.

The Director of Talent Acquisition leads the full life-cycle recruitment process to develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit candidates within a limited candidate pool. The Director will oversee and execute candidate recruitments via direct sourcing, employee referrals and search partner relationships, and an ongoing pipelining. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and management of end-to-end talent acquisition practices, including sourcing, recruiting, employment branding, recruiting operations, and metrics reporting. Identify new and innovative resources, tools, and opportunities to increase brand equity and awareness among qualified job seekers and passive candidates while continuously improving the candidate experience.

Travel:

• Job fairs/recruitment functions as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret (or the ability to attain one) to recruit for sensitive and cybersecurity related programs • Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. • Years of Experience: 10 years minimum (can be a mix of customer service with a minimum of 5-7 years direct recruiting experience) • Experience sourcing and recruiting in IT, Intelligence Community, and Cybersecurity related fields (TS/SCI FSP) • DoD and Public Sector sourcing and recruiting experience • Manage a growing recruiting team, bringing out the best in each team member • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication) • Oversee recruiting programs such as internal mobility, employee referrals, and community partnerships • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans • Manage, train, and evaluate geographically dispersed recruiters and recruiting coordinators • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company • Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates) • Measure key recruitment metrics like source of hire and time-to-hire • Strong track record solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant hiring impact for a business • Manage a thoughtful candidate engagement experience, treating every candidate with respect and care • Devise a strategy for recruitment events to build our brand and drive awareness • Work with HR to become an ever-more diverse, vibrant, and inclusive environment • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify and build pools of qualified candidates • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS • Establish and partner with agencies and third-party vendors to facilitate an effective recruitment process • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates) • Support business development opportunities and strategies outside of day-to-day responsibilities of recruitment
