NetCentrics is looking for a West Coast Subject Matter Expert to support a portfolio of small to medium sized contracts. The West Coast Subject Matter Matter Expert is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of his/her assigned programs to include responsibility for budget oversight, revenue and P&L targets, and management of program personnel as it pertains to the west coast. This position must build and sustain productive, trust-based relationships with NetCentrics customers and partners to actively promote NetCentrics' reputation as an expert service provider and to proactively resolve risks or issues before they are escalated to Senior Management.

Specific duties include: • Responsible for overall management and oversight of multifaceted/multidisciplinary small to medium sized programs on the west coast to include managing program scope, deliverables management, resource planning, and budget management. • Oversee full project lifecycles from business development to final delivery. • Manage program revenue and cost in accordance with approved budgets, report status monthly to Senior Management. • Coordinates the operation of departments to confirm that assigned programs are completed according to specifications, budgets, and timelines. • Manage deliverables from all functional teams ensuring that all deliverables are met according to the customer's defined timeline and expected product quality. • Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in delivery. • Regularly communicates with customers/clients to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems. • Ensures that customers and/or clients are regularly informed of the status of the program. • Regularly communicates with management regarding the programs status and any problems or potential problems. • Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans. • Maintain strong customer relationships across program with a focus on improved customer satisfaction and program growth. • Provide progress/status reporting and communication to Senior Management regarding customer, staff, teaming, and financial health across program. • Provide leadership, formal supervision, and coaching to team. Act as an escalation point for Leads and Functional Managers regarding risks, issues, and opportunities. • Maintain positive partner relationships, maintaining regularly scheduled meetings with any partner companies throughout execution of the program. • Coordinate onsite program resources to support proposal and/or new business capture efforts as well as marketing and outreach initiatives. • Manage program revenue and cost in accordance with approved budgets, report status monthly to Senior Management. • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong project control or project financial management understanding and experience • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, managing multiple areas of responsibility/simultaneous projects running in parallel • Must be flexible and able to work in a dynamic, high pace, high visibility environment • Strong analytical & problem solving skills • Strong customer and communication skills with an ability to interact confidently with clients • Ability to operate effectively with minimal oversight • Ability to interact with colleagues at all organizational levels • Ability to work well under pressure both individually and in a team environment • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint • Experience with Microsoft Office Tool Suite (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint) • Years of Experience: Minimum 20+ years' experience with west coast operation. • Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent certifications/ years of relevant experience. • Certification: OSHA 30, Corning - Fiber Optics, Extron
