Job Summary

Amentum is seeking a self-starting, team player to fill the role Aerial Delivery Material Engineer II in support of CCDC Soldier Center - Aerial Delivery efforts.

You bring your comprehensive analytical and research expertise to this role, analyzing data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application in support of Aerial Delivery efforts.

Essential responsibilities:
Research and analyze data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.Design products or systems in support of facilities' infrastructure, research, or maintenance requirements.Coordinate, troubleshoot, and approve installation activities as inspection services to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and specifications.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related scientific fieldAt least 5 years of experience in related fieldWorking knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applicationsPosition requires up to 25% travel to domestic and international locationsMust be a U.S citizen able to obtain and maintain a U.S government security clearance
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, and Electrical EngineeringExperience with Cameo Systems Modeler, MATLAB, SIMULINK, systems Tool Kit & Solid Works
