Job Summary

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for managing the integrated data warehouse to include data produced from such business systems as Maximo and Cost Point to for the purpose of ensuring data integrity required to produce accurate and timely project management reports. Oversees and coordinates activities of the managers, supervisors and planners of various functional departments to achieve optimum utilization of operation resources using industry leading applications and methodologies.

Essential Responsibilities:

Under limited supervision applying comprehensive program knowledge and subject matter expertise, provide program advisory support including detailed, comprehensive analysis interpreting technical and programmatic elements to prepare routine and non-routine correspondence and documentation, program presentations and briefings, and program management reports.
Evaluate business systems and develop processes and procedures for evaluation and implementation.
Lead and mentor personnel assigned to program support functions involved business systems to include Maximo and Cost Point interfaces.
Interact and advise customers, through the application of specific program knowledge and subject matter expertise, in the execution of program management tasks.
Lead data reviews and analysis to catch and correct data entry errors at the source.
Manages the timely development and release of project management reports.
Periodically reviews work performed for attainment or obtainment of objectives, policy compliance and priorities, effective coordination, technical adequacy and responsiveness to established guidelines.
Ensures all safety and environmental guidelines are followed without deviation.
Acts as liaison with applicable departments to resolve any problems and to achieve optimum utilization of facilities in meeting production schedules.
Responsible for the direct supervision of the planning and production control staff engaged in planning, scheduling, and monitoring the flow of work activities, operations, projects and material through the production cycle.
Integrates efficient operations that are in compliance with company policies, client requirements, and governmental regulations.
Ensures data is in compliance with project directive documents, assists in the determination of work priority, and establishes workflow processes that support work management and operations goals.
Monitors assignments to ensure that they are within the agreed scope, schedule and budget and that the work is being performed within outlined policies and expectations.
Analyze requirements; review and coordinate with the internal and external customers to generate program documentation such as plans, schedules, briefings, reports, correspondence, contract/contract modifications, technical instructions, technical procedures or related material.
Interface with internal functional teams and external customers for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution of overall activities in the support and achievement of internal and external customer goals.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience and 10 years of job related experience required. Good written communication skills; working knowledge of database administration and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

Must have detailed knowledge of and experience with Maximo working in the field of facility O&M or related contracts where Maximo was utilized. Preferred knowledge on facility O&M contracts where both Maximo and CostPoint were utilized as part of work management systems and process.

US citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of the RSSII Contract.

Understand database warehouse concepts and importance of data.

Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
