LMI is seeking a Program Manager with experience in leading or supporting strategic initiatives and associated program and project management activities, specifically within DoD.

Responsible for business relationships with all stakeholders and partners Client engagement with senior leaders and staff Track cost, schedule and performance, as well as prepare documents and develop policy, procedures and report status to all levels Ensure requirements are met including quality of product and services, cost control, timeliness and business relations Manage staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and execution Managing task assignments and oversight of personnel to ensure excellence in services delivery Ensure an adequate quality assurance program and process are in place and strictly adhered to for all products and services Prepare monthly cost reports and ensure such deliverables are submitted in a timely fashion and of high quality/accuracy. When appropriate, propose a plan to correct any cost variances or projected rate adjustments Develop briefing templates and governance requirements Prepare executive reports and presentations, including all documentation requirements. Track and review documents and guidance for improvement Prepare briefing charts, scheduled meetings, kept records and record minutes, prepared after-action reports in support of technical reviews and investment reviews Responsible for managing all subcontractors engaged Ensure program compliance with government policies and mandates, and adherence to directives from governing entities Anticipates and resolves procurement challenges and problems, such as small business set aside goals, certification requirements, and acquisition strategy Provide subject matter expertise on government agencies Work with a diverse set of stakeholders in geographically disbursed areas. Support business development and bid and proposal efforts by acting as the overall solution architect for opportunities, bringing together capabilities across LMI to define a solution that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Secret clearance with eligibility for TS Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred Ten or more years of experience in program management for a DoD program Five or more years working for a government contractor in a program management role, including engagement with senior government leaders in DoD Minimum 5 years of personnel management, with demonstrated team building capability Project Management Professional (PMP) Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and administrative details in a fast paced and constantly changing environment Excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to communicate well with senior leadership, peers, and staff at all levels to facilitate excellent teamwork Proven experience in pursuing and capturing new federal business, including building and leveraging relationships, developing effective teaming and win strategies, and writing winning proposals
