Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team as we accelerate our growth and investment in demand generation programs. You will lead the key technology platforms that power our B2B and B2G growth strategies. Our current stack includes applications from Marketo and Salesforce. We plan to add a number of additional apps to our tech stack in the coming years.
The ideal candidate will be able to roll up their sleeves to work hands-on in the apps, but also to lead the strategy for optimizing the lead lifecycle in collaboration with Sales Operations, Demand Generation, and Sales Prospecting teams. You will be reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, but work closely with all of the sales and marketing leaders in the business.
Responsibilities
Lead Management - Automates the lead lifecycle through the multiple phases of the buyer's journey. Defines criteria for MALs, MQLs, SQLs, SALs. Manages attribution, scoring, and routing of leads for new accounts, upsell/cross-sell, and channel opportunitiesReporting and Metrics - Creates dashboards to track key marketing KPIs. Tracks campaign metrics such as leads, conversion rates, and new opportunities. Reports overall results such as number of leads, dollar value of pipeline, new bookings sourcedEmail Marketing - Collaborates with Demand Generation team to send email newsletters, curated content, and lead nurturing programs. Pulls distribution lists, creates A/B tests, schedules sends, and tracks campaign performanceWebinars - Collaborates with Demand Generation team to execute webinar programs. Creates campaign assets, schedules sequence of email invitations, runs live production events and supervises on demand replaysDatabase - Owns the marketing database including sourcing of data from external vendors. Ensures that the appropriate firmographic, technographic, and psychographic data fields are captured to execute marketing campaigns and sales prospecting activities
Qualifications
Experience within marketing operations, demand generation, and B2B/B2G growth strategy developmentBachelor's DegreePrior experience with Marketo (Marketing Automation Platform) and SalesForce.com is required. Certifications are preferredUnderstanding of modern B2B marketing concepts used in Cloud/SaaS companies such as account-based marketing and inbound marketingStrong spreadsheet and analytical skills
