Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for an RCCTO Program Managerat the US Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO). The selected candidate will lead a large, multi-disciplinary team executing systems engineering, scientific, financial, logistics, and security services for the Army's premier developer of rapid prototypes and fielding solutions. The selected candidate will support Army development and deployment of cutting-edge solutions in hypersonics, directed energy, counter-UAS, directed energy, and other domains.

What you\u0027ll be doing:

Job responsibilities/Duties include, but not limited to:

Provide the overall management of the contract, including personnel, planning, quality control, direction, coordination, and reviews necessary to ensure effective contract performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact within Odyssey for all matters related to the RCCTO
Direct all RCCTO daily operations, planning, personnel, and services delivery
Develop responses to formal and informal requests and taskings from the RCCTO Director, Deputy Directors, and functional leads
Provide direction and policy guidance to subordinate Site Leads at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Fort Belvoir, VA, and Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Minimum Qualifications:

Secret clearance
MA/MS degree in management or a relevant technical field
15years experience in a leadership role in the development and fielding of Army systems
5+ years\u0027 experience in developing and/or fielding DoD systems using rapid capabilities guidelines and directives.
Prior Army RCCTO experience

Preferred Qualifications:

TS/SCI Clearance
DoD prototyping experience
Familiarity with DoD 5000-series, with particular focus on streamlined acquisition and rapid capability development
