ARServices is seeking an Organizational Change Management Advisor to support the OPNAV N1 MyNavy HR Transformation effort. The scope of this effort encompasses support for the entire Navy HR Transformation portfolio of services and projects. This position is located in Millington, TN or in Arlington, VA.
Work closely with the Process Design Lead to plan, prepare, and facilitate process design workshops to support adding HR processes identified for transition to the MyNavy Career Center (MNCC) Identify potential processes improvements and work to assess impacts of future changes Assist the client with the planning and implementation of a comprehensive reorganization and consolidation of HR service centers Educate HR process owners on MNCC capabilities to support transformation efforts Advise the client on the techniques and processes to effectively introduce bring new technologies and processes to an organization. Prepare plans and briefs as required. Required Qualifications
Security clearance or ability to obtain Bachelor's degree required Five years' professional experience required for Program Manager II, Seven years' experience for Program Manager I, ten years for Principal Manager I Functional requirements gathering experience Strong client-facing service delivery and consulting experience Strong written and verbal communications skills to support business writing, professional correspondence, and meeting facilitation Salesforce or other Agile development experience Desired Qualifications
Experience with tech implementation (especially Salesforce and telephony solutions) Experience developing micro learnings (especially with PowToon) Human-Centered design experience Experience and aptitude for managing, working, and communicating with diverse stakeholders, teams, and clients face-to-face.
