The VT Group Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) operators are highly-trained and highly-skilled Field Service Representatives, capable of performing a full spectrum of mission support services, including technical and payload operations, and maintenance and sustainment of unmanned systems. VT Group is seeking an Senior Program Analyst in Patuxent River, MD to support Ground Support Equipment.
Responsibilities
Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules.
Performs program management/administration, technical, or business case analyses.
Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified program IPTs; and IPT directed business meetings.
Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft SE acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
Qualifications
Education - MS or MA degree in Business Management/Administration.
Experience - At least ten (10) years of experience in program management/administration, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the ten (10) years, there must be two (2) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.
Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules.
Demonstrated knowledge of Secretary of Navy (SECNAV), Operational Navy (OPNAV) and Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) policy and documentation related to Planning, Programming, & Budgeting System (PPBS), life-cycle management/administration of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series).
Must have experience within the last five (5) years processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs and providing program management/administration, acquisition, financial/budgetary or technical analysis support to NAVAIR programs.
Must have a Secret level clearance or the ability to obtain a secret level clearance.
