Job Description:

Mid-Level Project Coordinator shall provide support for a specialized office responsible for planning and processing program operations involving management, organizational, business and/or technical services which include project planning and control. Provides direction on existing processes and assistance on all aspects of the program from inception to completion. Performs day-to-day operating procedures to organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned order.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Conduct data management, file maintenance and maintain organizational tools to track and record actions.
•Create reports, information papers, and briefings.
•Coordinate with other DoD and USG agencies supporting DoD operations.
•Assist with the development of new requirements through research or meetings.
•Develop training materials, training all audiences on the program.
•Coordinate with customers and providers to maintain task associated supporting products.
•Request computer accounts in DoD computer systems.
•Maintain and reconcile task related databases.
•Maintain and update program website.
•Assist with the operation of the office help desk by responding to daily incoming queries via phone and e-mail and answer FAQ's from web page.
•Provide input to policies and procedures.
•Produce briefing and reference materials. Conduct briefings and attend staff-level meetings when requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•Active TOP-SECRET Clearance/SCI Eligible/ CI Poly.
•Associate's degree or higher plus 5 years' related experience, and 3 years' experience working in a government/military environment.
•8 years' experience supporting an executive-level customer with 5 years' experience with the military/government may be accepted in lieu of Associates degree.
•3 years' experience in the development and use of performance management support tools and tracking acquisition project plans and metrics.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Demonstrated working knowledge of governing policies, procedures, capabilities, and legal principles.
•Ability to learn new database software quickly.
•Strong organizational and effective planning skills to include time management skills and ability to work diverse projects simultaneously.
•Demonstrated ability to track and maintain accurate project plans, metrics, and work diverse projects simultaneously.
•Demonstrated experience conducting mission analysis of processes to identify improvements.
•Possess excellent oral and written skills.
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

TRAVEL
•Extended travel to locations for familiarization training may be required by the Government.
•Travel may be required to support this position and is not projected to exceed 25% of the allocated working schedule in any given month or year.
