Each day you will:
Support inbound customer inquiries, including billing & resolution support using web-based tools across multiple products: Television, home phone, cell phone and home internet
Consistently reinforce the value of our products, develop customized solutions and market available promotions to deliver exceptional service in every conversation
Handle business transactions including new customer account activation
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate, to retain our client's customers
Make financial decisions to protect/collect revenues and adjust customer accounts
Regularly meet or exceed our set sale quota
Sometimes assist with training new employees as, or handle other duties as assigned by management

Secure your spot, if you have:

Hig h school diploma or GED
Stable employment history (six months+ tenure in most recent role preferred)
Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills a must
Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications; Experience working with CRM applications preferred)
Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
Prior customer service experience (preferred)
