Cape Fox Shared Services and Eagle Health are accepting resumes for Receptionist/Assessment Secretary II candidates. The ASII's willto provide On callas neededback up support for staff during call outs at the Dept of Labor in Arlington, VA.
Duties
Maintains a physical presence at the receptionist desk. Must report to work in business attire and no athletic clothing each day. Acts as a receptionist by greeting visitors in a professional manner; and in accordance with MSHA instructions determines nature of the visit and direct visitors to appropriate personnel. Operates and enforces visitor and access control policies for entry and exit to the facility. Shall confirm the identity of each visitor and vendor being logged in and logged out. Maintains accurate and complete tracking of visitor log capturing details and reasons for visits like, name, agency, business or personal, etc. Individual 36 cannot utilize cell phone, have ear buds, ear plugs or any electronics administered while on duty nor can the individual have the cell phone visible while at the MSHA Receptionist desk. Must provide continual support and ongoing assessments of all reception activities including but not limited to: correspondence, tracking, processing, and scheduling meetings and conferences. Perform various administrative tasks supporting and organizing working group sessions, forums, and meetings including developing agenda format, tracking, processing, monitoring action items, and producing minutes. Maintains calendar for MSHA conference rooms and process requests to reserve rooms, provide reservation status and revisions to an existing reservation as necessary. The individual will provide administrative support to improve the operational functions by continually reviewing all documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance with government guidelines, and specifications. Accomplish support to develop a - wide range of reports, white/point papers and briefings. The contractor shall provide operational support by accomplishing tasks associated with writing, editing, organizing and producing data for complex technical and non-technical documents. Maintain accountability of DOL parking passes, visitor badges and Metro passes. Provide MSHA Time cards to COR on a bi-weekly basis. As indicated by the COR or designee, the contract employee may be required to perform administrative requirements in any program area or position throughout MSHA as needed.

3 years of Admin experience supporting Executive level employees.
High School diploma required.
