Position Description
You will serve as a Composite Plastic Fabricator Leader in the Processing Dynamic Components Branch (6.2.3.6), Industrial Components Repair and Modification Division (6.2.3), Industrial Production Department (6.2) of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
You will assign work to junior composite or plastic fabricating employees by oral or written instructions.You will guide workers in the interpretation of rough sketches, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications for repairing or manufacturing composites.You will examine composite or plastic parts and items to locate defects.You will determine the type of composite, plastic, or other compound to use based on project requirements.
