Responsibilities
We provide administrative, programmatic, systems engineering, research analysis, and scientific support services to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Office.

We are seeking a Project Management Analyst - Chem/Bio R&D to work onsite in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Provide programmatic and technical support for government funded research and development efforts in the fields of CBRN counter terrorism Providing advice and guidance in technical areas requiring interpretation of processes and methods Supporting strategies and tactical planning, solicitation development, and evaluation of technical proposals Monitoring performers' cost, schedule, deliverables, and technical performance Coordinating and assisting in program/project reviews and technical assessments of vendor developed systems Collaborating and coordinating with other federal partners Support test planning and technology demonstrations Provide onsite test and logistics coordination (will require 10-20% travel) Support radiological, nuclear, chemical and biological detection technology research and development programs

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters in Physics or Nuclear Engineering, Physical Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Materials Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics 10 years of experience within DHS, DOD, or DOE in support of the following: prepare and conduct field instruction, provide technical briefings, and prepare technical reports 10 years of experience in conducting and evaluating research and development projects Active DoD SECRET security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Program Management experience PMP Certification
One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
