Job Summary
This position works in a challenging, hands-on environment supporting the Dept of Homeland Security, the Dept of Defense & other specialized customers in support of National Cyber Protection System initiatives. Candidate must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Dept of Defense TOPSECRET clearance.
Job Description
Supports DHS in providing operations & logistics to migrate Fed civilian (.gov) internet services to a custom aggregation service. Manages program operations & technicians whose work includes ordering, implementation, & repair support of DHS custom data services. Development of team SOPs, integration support with corporate operations, hiring new employees, coaching & development of employees with regards to new processes & quality standards, performance management, safety, & technical skill sets. Requires hands on technical support of routers, switches, servers, and firewalls in a Hosting and office environment.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree equivalent education and relevant experience 6+ years of related experience
Preferred:
Master's degree 4+ years of related experience
