Panum is looking to hire a Information Technology Specialist. The position is based in Fort Sill, OK., for Marton Technologies, a member of the Panum Group of companies.
Summary
This is a full time position in Fort Sill, OK. This Period of Performance is a Phase in period of 30 days, base period of 11 months and 4 option years.
U. S. Army Fires Center of Excellence and Fort Sill (USAFCOEFS), Fort Sill, OK has a requirement to provide resident and mobile training team Precision Fires instruction to U.S. multi-service students. This includes military and civilian personnel; as well as Department of Defense Contractors. The Contractor shall provide the following services: maintain and update Precision Fires training materials and provide instruction of Precision Fires institutional training. The contractor shall maintain, update and deliver training in accordance with (IAW) FCoE training tasks assigned by the Army Multi-Domain Targeting Center (AMTC). The Contractor shall conduct analysis, perform studies, design and develop institutional/unit training strategies for the Government. In addition, the contractor shall design, maintain the Precision Fires Program of Instruction (POI).
The Contractor shall provide one (1) Information Assurance Support Officer (IASO) certified individual for Information Assurance (IA) for computer systems and security for all Army Information Systems located in the office and classroom spaces provided for Precision Fires functions. The Contractor shall meet the requirements outlined in DoD 8570.01.
The Contractor shall perform analytical, evaluation, and maintenance duties in support of LAN administration and LAN system components to include servers, desktop/laptop workstation configuration, PC, software, and peripherals that support the operations of the Precision Fires facilities. The Contractor shall be able to operate, diagnose and repair problems with Windows 7 and 10, Windows Server 2008 and 2012 and associated Precision Fires hardware and software.
Required Skills and Experience: Contractor personnel shall be Security Plus certified and have passed one of the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) exams within 90 days of task order award. The MCTS Examination the government requires is Microsoft Windows 10.
Desired Skills or Experiences: College Degree and one (1) year experience working in a military training environment
Education: College degree in Computer Science (or related degree) desired.
Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Required.
