The Corporate Accounting department has an immediate opening for a Finance Analyst at the Intermediate to Senior level, reporting to the Senior Manager Accounting and Finance.

In this role you will provide research and analysis of data and problems to provide financial management services, and develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to financial operations. You will provide guidance in identifying, evaluating, and developing financial processes and procedures that are effective and meet requirements, as well as plan and execute solutions. You will provide consultation to clients, colleagues, and management; participate in cross-functional linked teams to address financial or system issues; and determine best practices and provide suggestions on how to improve current practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform complex analyses of financial data, including projections, assumptions, and/or trend and variance analyses.
Create high level presentations and reporting packages including complex business analysis for executive management.
Develop and optimize reporting / analysis through data visualization tools.
Provide complex ad hoc report development including scenario-based analysis.
Contribute to and participates in financial process improvement and solution discussions and may present outcomes and actionable recommendations to management.
Develop and design new financial processes and update existing financial processes.
Participates in cross-functional team initiatives and financial process improvement projects.

Requirements:

Intermediate Level:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of relevant experience
Senior Level:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience working with data visualization platforms/technologies and data computing tools such as Tableau Hadoop, Hive, Spark, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, etc. preferred.
Excellent analytical ability.
Acute attention to detail with a high degree of data accuracy and integrity.
Excellent proficient in oral and written communication.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint along with various other online applications as needed for the role.

The hiring range for the:
Financial Analyst- Intermediate is $61,400 - $76,700 annually
Financial Analyst- Senior is $77,400 - $96,700 annually
Salary and position title offered will be based on job responsibilities and individual’s knowledge, skills and experience as defined in the job qualifications/experience.
