IEA Corp., an EverWatch company is in search of a Senior Consultant to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy (OUSD(P), Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), Strategy Plans & Program Support in Arlington, VA.
Experience and Skills:
* A four-year degree from an accredited institution
* Master's degree in International Affairs, Security Studies, Public Policy, or Business Administration
* Three (3) years' experience in security cooperation or international affairs, experience at the Department of State, a Geographic Combatant Command, Security Cooperation Organization at an Embassy, DSCA, the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, or an Implementing Agency.
* Two (2) years working on change management, business reform, strategic analysis or policy development projects. Must have experience creating and presenting deliverables for senior leaders
* Active Secret security clearance
