Job Description:
Position Summary
Coordinate all the moving parts of operations from logistics, inspections, supplies, personnel scheduling, timekeeping, administration, HR compliance to ensure the smooth running of a large commercial cleaning company with Office Pride.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9-6 pm and Tuesday and Thursday 12-9 pm. This is mainly an office position but when help is required in the field you may be traveling to customers within the Hampton Roads area.
Major Responsibilities
• Coordinate and Support Hiring, Launching and Training of Cleaning Specialist
• Administration, Report Generation & Receptionist
• Work Tickets & Personnel Scheduling Management
• HR Compliance including Daily Timekeeping, Attendance, Benefits
• Supply ordering, approval, inventory, and distribution
• Support Operations as needed including going out into the field and performing onsite customer inspections, delivering supplies or filling in to clean
• Operations project management
• Support other departments as needed administratively
• Marketing support including Social Media
• Compile Sales Proposals
• Office Cleaned and Stocked
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years in a Service Business; Commercial Cleaning experience a plus
• 1-3 years in Administration; HR, training, and logistics experience an added plus
• Can Do attitude, strong work ethic, high integrity & accountability to commitments
• Pays attention to details and acts independently to solve problems
• Comfortable with technology and enjoys troubleshooting and solving problems
Education Level:
High school or ged
Pay Rate:
$20,000 to $40,000
