We are seeking a fulltime Active Directory Azure Engineer to join our exciting team in Norfolk, VA!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Looking for an experienced Active directory engineer/architect with the following
Strong knowledge of AD zone types as well as multi forest design and communications Comprehensive background in managing Windows server and workstation-based operating systems via Group Policy. Strong experience in the upgrade/maintenance of all facets of a large/enterprise Active Directory environment. Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery across multiple forests and domains. Excellent LDAP skills and knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot connectivity and search issues. Past experience with integrating mergers and acquisitions into our corporate AD environment Strong experience with networking and the ability to triage firewall and routing issues. Self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and excellent judgment skills Must have excellent writing and communication skills, strong communicator with ability to maintain open communication with internal employees, contractors, managers, 3rd parties, and customers as needed Working knowledge of Azure AD is essential experience with other cloud providers is a plus such as AWS . Must have the ability to assist in monitoring health and well being of the infrastructure pointing out weak points and opportunities Scripting knowledge is required in PowerShell as well as another language such as python or JavaScript . Ability to produce automated metrics and reporting data is essential. Experience with Microsoft Certificate Services and PKI infrastructure
Preferred Skills and Education:
5 + years of experience with Active Directory Azure Documentation, leadership, and strategic planning experience in IAM and Role Based Access Control initiatives desired but not required. Experience with agile development methods. Knowledge of Linux and Unix and their integrations into active directory Authentication methodologies and frameworks including Kerberos, SAML 2.0 and oAuth2.0 #LI-AS1
