Program Analyst, MidThe Challenge:
Are you searching for a position where you can us e your program analysis skills to make a difference? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled program analyst examining how those resources are us ed and keeping the program on the path to success. That's why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
You'll provide daily programmatic support to the assistant program manager ( APM ) of a DoD Navy program office. You'll coordinate tasks, track programmatic and te chn ical issues, support meetings, draft weekly activity reports, develop Micro sof t PowerPoint program briefs, and perform general program management tasking, as required. You'll coordinate with other government points of contact and program office functional leads in regard to the program. You'll assist with building and updating program schedules in Micro sof t Project. You'll develop, edit, and update te chn ical Micro sof t PowerPoint briefs, as required. You'll resp ond to vario us actions to support te chn ical and requirements working groups.
-5+ years of experience with the DoD
-Experience with providing te chn ical program support
-Experience with managing task assignments and projects, information assurance disciplines, and network security te chn ologies
-Experience with Micro sof t Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
-Secret clearance required
-BA or BS degree required
-Ability to obtain PMP Certification within 30 days of hire

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
