Cyber TargeterKey Role:
Identify criminal cyber threats, actors, and TTPs in support of US national security and criminal missions. Leverage expertise in analysis, research, targeting, and operations in the intelligence community (IC) to develop a holistic view of the cyber criminal threat. Conduct in-depth, all-source research to identify emerging cyber threats, subjects, or sources, gather, interpret, and evaluate information from both classified and unclassified sources, and make recommendations to move the client's mission forward proactively. Fuse technical expertise with intelligence analysis to assist with the integration, coordination, and dissemination of relevant information to appropriate parties.
-3+ years of experience in a targeting mission profile
-Experience with federal law enforcement and the Intelligence Community (IC)
-Experience with identifying, enumerating, and targeting threat actors
-Experience with counterintelligence and HUMINT
-Experience with identifying cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures
-Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with sociocultural and sociopolitical affairs pertaining to Eurasia
-Experience with leveraging Cyber technical expertise, including netflow, forensics, and malware analysis
-Experience with all-source analysis
-BA or BS degree in Cyber, Law Enforcement, or an Intelligence-related field
