Job Description Details
Support PerSec processing for all contract applicants for Universal Enrollment Services and for PreCheck expansion vendors.
Shall maintain spreadsheets (and improving processes with macros and tool development), for each vendor, for use by ESVP and PerSec.
Shall support the QA process with each worksheet and form package submitted, master spreadsheet creation for CETS and eQIP ingests, as well as ingesting applicant data into eQIP.
Shall assist vendors with applicant biographical data correction (eQIP), eQIP status, registration codes, account un-locks, and account re-authentication, etc.
Shall support with tracking and reporting metrics, as needed for the PerSec process. Shall support SOP updates and development, as needed.
Requirements
Expertise with excel databases, excel standardized reports, developing advanced excel macros, reporting systems.
Expertise with iShare dashboards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Assurance process.
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
