**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Control Manager will administer the project control planning and scheduling activities relating to a Jetty refurbishment project, from the initial design phase up to commissioning and start-up.

+ Work collaboratively with the client's representatives like project managers, engineers and other related parties to capture client requirements that can be translated into a binding program;

+ Serve as team's main point of contact for any program and schedule related requirements;

+ Support the project manager in monitoring the budget of the project;

+ Identify delays, critical paths, milestones and project changes that can affect the budget and the project completion date;

+ Prepare and update works programme for design/tender, design phase and construction activities;

+ Monitor day to day progress of contractors works at site, comparing planned and actual progress;

+ Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and coordinate the reiew of contractors' progress reports for compliance with the scope and contract requirements;

+ Coordinate with contractors to establish overall construction programme and work programme;

+ Assist evaluation extension of time requests and claims;

+ Responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design, construction and hand over activities;

Works align with others to minimize project risks.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechnical Engineer;

+ Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning in Jetty refurbishment projects or industrial construction of Oil and Gas project;

+ Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6 Scheduling Software including resource and management loading;

+ Demonstrated experience in project management on highly technical, complex projects with recognized leadership abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechnical Engineer;

+ Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning in Jetty refurbishment projects or industrial construction of Oil and Gas project;
