**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Business Line Director - Manila, the Senior Contract Manager will manage all activities relating to contract and subcontracts' administration of a Jetty refurbishment project, from the initial design phase up to commissioning and start-up.

+ Work collaboratively with the client's representatives like project managers, engineers and other related parties to assure the fully compliance with contractual requirements;

+ On behalf of client, work collaboratively with contractors and act as main focal point of contact for all the contractual related matters;

+ Support the project manager in the preparation of claims, project letters, contractual negotiation;

+ Coordinate the preparation of tender documents and lead the commercial tabulation of the offers;

+ Support the client with anything related to variation orders, extension of cost and time, contractual amendments;

Responsible for negotiating the terms and conditions of contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during the implementation or execution.

**Minimum Requirements**

- Must have solid and proven in JETTIES and LNG.

- Available to get on board March 2020 for an estimate period of 18-24 months

- Location of the project: Batangas

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree;

+ Minimum 15 years of experience in managing ECPM Industrial contracts on Oil and Gas or Jetty refurbishment;

+ Proven contract experience with a major engineering firm, contractor or law firm in the areas of engineering and construction contracts on Oil and Gas projects;

+ Demonstrated experience in project management on highly technical, complex projects with recognized leadership abilities.
