Sentara Healthcare is Recruiting for an Experienced Executive Recruiter. Also open for remote hire for this position if you are a resident of the following states:
South Dakota
North Carolina

Job Summary:
Partners closely with the hiring executive. Must be skilled at writing a compelling job summary from limited information. Have excellent executive talent sourcing skills including extensive use of LinkedIn and Boolean searches. Advises and consults with the hiring executive on decisions regarding strength of candidates, hiring process, selection and offer development. Must have experience sourcing diversity talent. A positive can do attitude, professional appearance and a sense of urgency are important to success. Provides the highest level of candidate screening based upon job requirements/leader preferences in search of marketable candidates. Handles all travel for executive interviews and relocation for new executive hires.

Education Level
Bachelors Degree required,

Required: 8 years of recruiting experience, 4 of which must be executive recruitment.

Required: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be confident with interacting with senior leaders and have strong critical thinking skills to know when varying from practice is appropriate.

8 years of recruitment experience required, 5 years of which must include recruiting for hard to recruit positions. Ability to develop, and maintain, collaborative relationships with high level leaders to influence and consult on hiring decisions. Proven success/demonstrated performance within current recruitment role. Demonstrated industry and market knowledge. Demonstrated knowledge of employment practices and legal consequences. Travel required. : PHR/SPHR and/or NAHCR strongly preferred. Must be attained within first year in Sr. Recruitment Specialist position if not already possessed at time of hire.
