Overview
Optima Health is hiring a Director of Network Management to join our Business Transformation and Innovation team in Virginia Beach, VA.
Hours/Shift:
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Department/Position Overview:
The ideal leader will have a solid background in network management, network operations, physician engagement, value based contracts and transforming business processes with the objective of delivering an exceptional customer experience and employee engagement while improving overall efficiency. Individuals in this role will apply an iterative, design thinking process and lens improvement, technology adoption and evolution, and service delivery to solve complex problems in business planning. Minimum 5 years of experience with Health Plan, Network, Design Thinking, Business Process Design or Six Sigma is required.

Responsibilities
The Business Transformation and Innovation Director will be part of Optima¿s transformation team charged with creation of the approach to solve complex business problems as well as plan and oversee execution of solutions across to impact the service delivery continuum. This role is focused on transforming business processes with the objective of delivering exceptional customer experience and employee engagement while improving overall efficiency. Individuals in this role will apply an iterative, design thinking process and lens to solve complex problems in business planning, process improvement, technology adoption and evolution, and service delivery.
