Responsibilities
Planning and Estimating will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager; synchronizing job activities within an assigned geographic region; ensuring proper resources are available to conduct the necessary mission support services; provide technical knowledge where applicable; coordinate mission schedules and production activities; prepare mission schedules and production reports including, metrics; develop serialized work packages (order folder), where applicable to better manage/track work order progression; 4) establish a material/equipment ready for issue (RFI) process to fulfill issue requirements; implement a resource utilization process for Kitting Production Activities; and instituting a Quality Assurance Review and a Quality Control witness point inspection practices in each work process of production.

Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 5 years related experience with production management is required, to include;
- Coordinating mission and production schedules and activities
-Preparation of mission schedules and production reports.

One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
