Gryphon Technologies has an immediate opening for a Senior Information Operations Analyst located in Washington, DC!
Du ties will include but are not limited to:
Coordinate across Federal Agency's to gather current open source and intelligence information Distill and compile current intelligence into the Director's daily Read Book and other briefing materials Conduct intelligence analysis and arrive at an analytical conclusion Write intelligence products pertaining to Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) in defense of the Homeland Frequent briefings to senior federal leadership Populate databases with current information and situational awareness data Monitor data/communications networks for indications of the detection of contraband chemical/biological/ radiological/nuclear (CBRN) material and report incidents, as directed by established protocols Conduct data-mining of CBRN incidents and detection alarms to develop technological and operational trend analysis reports Initiate/lead/manage a program or process in support of the CWMD office Operate multiple communications networks, to include desktop computer systems, intelligence systems, and other voice/data links Attend and/or present at meetings, workshops, and conferences as assigned Experience performing intelligence fusion and analysis Experience researching classified sites for intelligence information Experience derivatively classifying information for briefings and written products Knowledgeable on the intelligence collection cycle
Bachelor's degree required in a related field, preferably in engineering, mathematics, or Operations Research / Systems Analysis 15 years of experience in intelligence analysis to support the research and development of high visibility intelligence briefings, reports and ad-hoc information products Top Secret clearance and an ability to obtain SCI Comprehensive understanding of the chemical/biological/radiological/nuclear (CBRN) domain, domestic and foreign terrorist threat, inter-agency roles and responsibilities and the operational environments and homeland security missions of Federal, State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (FSLT&T) Government law enforcement personnel and other first responders Experience in performing in-depth data mining and an ability to collate information into highly detailed information products for a broad stakeholder community Ability to obtain DHS Suitability
Experience using ARC GIS One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
