Scope of Job : Performs application development functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, integration, coding, debugging, implementation and administration of enterprise applications both on-premises and cloud (SAAS).   Follows standard processes for managing the software development lifecycle including change management.   Provides operational support to application operating systems, databases and utilities in collaboration with IT partners and in compliance with established business process.    Takes a lead role in designing and implementing business solutions using the enterprise applications toolset.   Responsibilities : Salesforce
Serve as technical lead and subject matter expert for Salesforce projects. Gather requirements, build documentation for projects requiring Salesforce customizations. Recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchased alternatives. Provide support functions as needed. Design and develop solutions primarily on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming language and Visual Force.   Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, custom objects and other Salesforce.com objects and functions. Plan and implement ongoing upgrades such as Lightning. Provide training on new functionality and design for user base, in person and virtually. Manage the request and change control process in accordance with established process.  
O365
Design and develop software solutions using Microsoft tools, platforms, and 3rd party APIs. Provide administrative support to Office365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneNote, and Others. Develop forms and workflows within PowerApps and Power Automate as needed Create and Maintain Sites, Columns, and Permissions within SharePoint Online Work within the team to determine most viable solutions going forward Develop PowerShell scripts to automate business processes  
50% - Design and development of Salesforce solutions and integrations
30% - Design and development of O365 solutions and integrations
15% - Design and development of solutions in other platforms
5% - Other duties as assigned

Supervision of Others :
This position does not have any direct reports.

Qualifications :
Education/Experience -
Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems or related field or 4+ years of relevant work experience One or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating current knowledge as a developer 1+ Years of experience in business analysis, preferably with Salesforce or Office365 4+ years of experience administrating and developing in the Salesforce platform using SalesForce Declarative Programming, workflows, customizations, and reports 1+ year of SharePoint or O365 customization and workflow experience  
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities -
Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration, custom objects,   Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows and assignment rules Solid knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases Proficiency in writing structured and well documented code Strength in creating documentation including user manuals, and architecture/data flow diagrams Excellent problem-solving capabilities Ability to establish and maintain positive, service-oriented working relationships with peers and cross-functional team members from a variety of business functions Advanced desktop skills including Windows and Microsoft Office:   Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, Visio, Teams, and Outlook Physical Requirements : (describe any physical demands of the job such as lifting, climbing, standing, stooping, etc.)
Ability to view video display terminal images time - up to four (4) hours at a time. Ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and telephone. Ability to sit for extended periods of time - up to four (4) hours at a time. Ability to lift, tug, pull up to fifteen (15) pounds. Working Conditions :
95% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 5% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors' and/or internal customers' sites in additional to attending various conferences and meetings.
