Job Description
Project Manager you will work with the client and their assigned designees to migrate and/or implement application in CMS Cloud Environment. The Project Manageris responsible for leading architecture review and cloud readiness assessment activities. This team serves as the liaison to the business owner and Application Developer Organizations that focuses on ensuring user satisfaction as the point of contact for multiple teams as they the maneuver through theend to end onboarding process. Many of the responsibilities include but are not limited to working collaboratively with the client and across internal and external teams to plan, lead, organize, motivate, and promote transparency of the project's status and health to proactively , developing solutions to issues as they arise, tracking service metrics, offer project transparency and leading project migrations and implementations, and p. Provide guidance and recommendations for the best hosting environment for the application.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager you must have experience managing Information Technology related projects. Must be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies. Must have experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress. Must be able to identify and mitigate risks.
Taking the lead in communications and collaboration with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) business owners, Application Developer Organizations, Cloud Service Providers (CSP), CMS/OIT/IUSG, and community for optimization activities and end-to-end onboarding tasksOverseeing and approving finalizing customization of the optimization activities specific to the deployed application or systemManage schedule, dependencies, and delivery of cloud governance productsAssist in cloud governance artifact development and maintenance as assigned by the cloud governance leadSupporting the teams progress and managing expectationsProviding effective project and program governanceCollaborating for continuous process improvement
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's DegreeYears of Experience: 5 yearsMust have experience managing Information Technology related projectsMust be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies• Must have experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progressMust be able to identify and mitigate risks
Additional Required Minimum Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Candidates that do not meet the required qualifications will not be considered.

Experience using Jira and Confluence
