Job Description

Change Management SME candidates needexperience in management and direction on change management project engagements, patient experience and engagement with working experience delivering change management initiatives across a large integrated health care system.Candidate will workwith the Project Director and other senior staff to monitor the status of the engagement, identify potential risks, issues, advises and consults on all significant developments, and designs a strategy for addressing them and monitor quality.Candidate is proficient in designing, reviewing and implementing change management strategies, innovation plans, and tools used in organizational and infrastructure transformation designs. Reviews project deliverables to maintain a standard of consistency and quality throughout a project's lifecycle. This position is responsible for the overall change management program, and it will require expertise in large integrated health care system operations and change management expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement change initiatives related to healthcare business processes and technologiesDrive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance withthe VA'sChange Management methodologiesDevelop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user trainingOversees and leads any change management projects, including the researching, implementation and assessment from start to finishOversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisitionDevelop short and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives, and develop and execute against annual operational planLead/facilitate meetings with client to ensure an understanding of the current VHA culture, and jointly develop a change adoption planProvide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitionsFacilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the TransformationManages the communications and views internallyCreates and conducts the coaching and training sessions, including e-learning for various audiences, including VHA management and leadershipMentors and supports junior team members/teaming partners and assigning tasks where relevant

Required Qualifications
A minimum ten years of large integrated health care system consulting experience, eight (8) years of change management and four (4) years HRO experience

Additional Minimum Qualifications
Requires a change management certification, examples of which include Prosci (mandatory) and other preferred certifications (Change Management Advanced Practitioner, LaMarsh Masters of Change, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
