We have an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamic CRM Developer to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal Microsoft Dynamic CRM Developer will have experience in trouble-shoot and resolve assigned support tickets, develop and maintain existing workflows and plugins within Dynamics CRM to support systems engineering lifecycle activities. This role will support the development of required technical, systems, and functional architecture views, design docu-ments, security documentation, and technical plans for IT engineering, hardware and enterprise architecture activities. Primary duties will include collaboration with stakeholders, business repre-sentatives and subject matter experts to identify and analyze capability gaps and translate strate-gic objectives into the development or enhancement of Dynamics CRM system capabilities.

Essential Job Functions:
• Design, develop, document, test, and debug the new and existing solutions using .NET and ADX Studio or Dynamics CRM for external user access.
• Support, maintain, and document the custom web application functionality implemented in Dynamics CRM.
• Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise code as needed.
• Prototype, refine, test, and debug web applications to meet internal and external users need.
• Knowledge of Microsoft CRM Online 2016/Dynamics 365.
• Experience with ASP.NET and CRM solution development.
• Knowledge of and experience with the latest versions of ADX Studio or Dynamics 365 CRM Portals.
• Knowledge/hands-on experience writing Dynamics CRM .NET/C# plug-ins from scratch and technical architecture experience.
• Handles multiple project responsibilities simultaneously to prioritize work and resolve tech-nical emergencies as they may occur
• Protects the organization by keeping information confidential
• Assist the Government in ensuring that the appropriate technologies are delivered according to cost, schedule and performance objectives and implemented in synchronization with mis-sion needs.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical job experience
• 4+ years' working experience with Dynamics CRM (365 online, 2016, 2015, 2013)
• 3+ years supporting CRM technology projects, understanding business requirements, design-ing and configuring forms, developing workflows, importing data into Dynamics CRM from external sources, reports and dashboards and troubleshooting application bugs
• Dynamics CRM certification desired
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
