Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a "CRM Solutions Architect" to join our team in McLean, VA.
Harmonia is currently seeking an experienced CRM Solutions Architect to fill position within an existing team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to analysis, design, development testing, data staging, and roll out activities. This position will be responsible for delivering a high-quality application that has to meet minimum level of performance with strong emphasis on secured transport of information.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment and usage (experience migrating Dynamics and USD configurations from environment to environment is a plus)Full life-cycle experience architecting large, scalable applicationsIdentify potential risks/issues impacting individual performance or beyond and suggest a solutionDevelop technical specifications based on functional requirementsStrong understanding of Microsoft CRM SDK MCSD CertificationExperience implementing CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft CRMExperience implementing and customizing Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflowsExperience with Microsoft SuiteUnderstanding of CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpointsAbility to develop CRM workflows and monitor/troubleshoot related issuesUnderstanding of core concepts surrounding CRMDemonstrated experience in C# .NET Framework
Nice to have
Experience with Agile methodology (SCRUM or something similar). Experience with pair programmingMaintain, manage and design MS Dynamics CRM applicationsCustomize and optimize CRM SQL Server database applications in support of business functionsProvide front-end Dynamics CRM development capabilitiesAssist with unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing prior to production deploymentMentor/Lead more junior developers to higher skill levels and performance
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Dynamics CRM Developer experience or 5 years of relevant experienceBachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required)8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for educationExtensive experience and knowledge to design, code, test, debug and document software in a variety of programming languagesExperience with latest programming languages and techniques, and extensive experience in creating strategies for developing IT systems and applicationsExperience in evaluating alternative approaches and selecting optimal approaches
