Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team in Washington, DC.

Essential Job Functions:
Develop SharePoint applications using SharePoint 2013 by using OOB features.Redesign custom SharePoint portal from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online by utilizing the advanced features from SharePoint Online.Work with Managed Metadata Term Store, Catalogs, Term-driven navigation, Display Tem-plates.Work with SharePoint Designer workflows. Knowledge of Nintex workflows.Develop Custom SharePoint Lists and Content types.Develop front end using web languages like HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, CSS, XSLT, XML jQuery, and Rest API.Work on Publishing Pages and creating custom Master Pages.Implement and customize SharePoint-based solutions using best practices.Build new applications using SharePoint Online and o365.Work on Support Tickets assigned by management.Work with Business Analyst to understand the requirements.Work in an Agile environment.Work with Project Manager/Solutions Architect to design and implement application features.Work with SSRS and Power BI to Design and generate reports and dashboards.Troubleshoot any issue with the current application as well as participate in the development of new product features.Perform unit and Functional testing on the application features being developed.Help develop test cases, document technical features of the application. Use best practice with writing code.

Requirements

Minimum Required Qualifications:
US Citizenship is required, per the contract.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent work experience preferred.Must have at least 5 years of experience in creating IT solutions with SharePoint 2010, 2013, SharePoint online and SSRS.Expert knowledge in creating SharePoint solutions with SharePoint OOB features.Expert knowledge in HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XSLT, XML JQuery, and Rest API.Expert knowledge in SharePoint Designer workflows.Must be able to obtain and retain a Public Trust clearance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong customer service/client facing skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in SharePoint.
Other:
Travel and relocation as required.
